Wilton - Spring Cake of the Month

This is the Spring cake that I made to help promote the Spring Cake of the Month class for February 2005. I was looking for something Spring-like to add as a border and thought that grass might be a unique way to give that effect. I also enjoyed doing the drop string and vertical shell work, I think it gives the cake a bit of a more fancy look.
