Wilton - Course II: Final Cake

This was the final cake I created for my Wilton Course II class, featuring the basketweave and royal icing flowers. I especially like how the chocolate icing turned out.

Yellow Rose Cake

This yellow rose cake was made entirely in buttercream, featuring a reverse shell border.
