Laura's 24th Birthday

This cake was made for my bestfriend's 24th birthday. Featuring pansies, yellow roses, lilies and a pink petunia as well as a ruffle border for something a little different.

Lambies

These lambs were an experiment in working with fondant and royal icing. The heads are made with fondant and the rest of the lambs are made out of royal icing.

Wilton - Spring Cake of the Month

This is the Spring cake that I made to help promote the Spring Cake of the Month class for February 2005. I was looking for something Spring-like to add as a border and thought that grass might be a unique way to give that effect. I also enjoyed doing the drop string and vertical shell work, I think it gives the cake a bit of a more fancy look.
